The main issue is with 3rd party cookies which GA sets specially with countries like France and Italy.

Google Analytics can now be GDPR Compliant by loading the script from a server you own or control and anonymizing data before you send it to Google.

Yeah.. That's possible, but sadly no editing and stuff.

They have a web app but it's only for collab and comments. Not edit like Figma

Actually, not vague. So, there's a tool which 60% of companies use, and it has one major issue which has a fix but is very hard and is unlikely that they'll fix.
