ARM is RISC , Intel and AMD are CISC, One important reason is their new pipelining facility.
Apple M1 has 16 units that can pipeline their instructions.
Meaning, they can reorder sequential instructions that aren't dependent on each other to run in parallel. That is not threads or anything, that can be and is being done in a single threaded program.
AMD and Intel have 4 units for reordering tops, because their architecture is CISC and on instruction can be up to 15 bytes. M1 is RISC and instructions are just 4 byte fixed-length. Thus architecturally it is easier to reorder instructions for RISC than CISC.
CISC were better because of the specific instructions but now Apple has stuffed their CPU with specific hardware for alot of things including machine learning, graphic processor and encryption, instead of specific instructions, Apple has specific hardware, and can do with less instructions.
And since they control hardware, software SDKs and OS they can actually get away with such radical changes. Intel and others can't, without a big change in industry.

I think the problem with nuclear energy is that it requires prior investment and return on investment is a little bit long(more than 4 years) and doesn't create enough jobs to be a sexy political option.
Then a Chernobyl would only bankrupt households and not a bunch of countries. It would be like healthcare in the United States. Families would go bankrupt since their reactor faces problems :)
If anything goes wrong, they are getting bailed out without consequence. So why should they care?

I am Iranian, just out of my master's degree in Iran, no need to tell me :D . In Iran most of platforms are filtered(twitter, youtube, ...) the TV is national and day and night shows obvious propaganda for government and against anybody they don't approve or anyone who is critical of them. Science, Logic and etc isn't really concerning the major outlets.

That is exactly the case, but resentment is directed towards the policies that themselves are directed clearly against ordinary citizens that have nothing to with the government policies(it isn't a functioning democracy). High ranking official aren't disrupted by the sanctions, people's lives are.
Payments on the exempted course are okay to process(according to the document) The real gain is people gaining access to quality education that really need it.
