I'm on chapter 4 now. Started with UC Berkeley video lectures but switched to MIT ones. They follow the book more closely.

I use pomodoro technique. On the 5 min breaks I do eye exercises, stretching exercises, sometimes even 5 min nap.
I use rackspace cloud. ~11$/month. Run as many websites as I can fit with virtual hosts.
Release something ASAP and things will fallow. Or not. Less thinking about it, more time spent working on that first release. User response(or lack of it) will determine next steps.
I'm interested in many areas as well, so I don't try to spend too much time in every one of them. In other words I do not try to become expert in one them, I'll study specific area as long as I understand specifics and how it functions, then as much as it interests me at the time.
After you understand how things work, only practice will make you better. So before you find out what really excites you, try to explore as many areas as you can.
I'm still in college (cs & it), one year left. Still interested in many areas, but now see that I spend more and more time in web. Social aspect of it makes it interesting. There are still many ways to incorporate social interactions on the web.

Moka pot is the best. I've got one myself after being in italy and seeing how all of them use it at home. They drink crazy amounts of espresso there.
I buy myself illycaffè type italian coffee it just has this different taste (that I like a lot) from other types of coffee I've tried.
Your lungs less likely to collapse on impact. I've heard somewhere, not sure 100%.
The script is very useful. Using it seems like using twitter. No noise.
I recommend to read the book. Without reading it is hard to understand the principles behind it. Book shows practical examples throughout and explains how other person feels when each principle is applied.
