They built their existing nuclear plant in order to hide their nuclear weapons program. So the point really wasn’t energy generation. Nuclear weapons is the main reason countries build nuclear power.

Some of the hydro power is run-of-river hydro power stations, which has lower flow when it is cold.
"Norway could power itself fully with domestic hydro." We have events where the we cannot get enough load from domestic production. Typically in winter when water freezes.
You can assume that you are part of it or another similar botnet if you have any IoT device exposed to the internet. You can use something like Shodan to see how your network looks like from the outside
Its tru for Schengen visas too. Overstaying a day because of a cancelled flight is enough to deny future visas, they are very strict. It depends on the country you are applying to, and from. There are also exit requirements, like having to leave Schengen from the same country you arrived in.
But from a personal POV it is very cost-effective! Even if it is not so at the population at as large group.
You have the same problem with plastic. Recycled plastic may not be food safe, and have contamination from whatever it was used for before recycling.
Depends a lot on what they were used for. Maybe they are downloading some HTML to render in a view, images, icons or other assets, or just posting some form of telemetry.
Yeah same process in Norway when you move. Fill in a form online and all mail is rerouted, and companies will update records.
It's so easy in Norway. When you start a new relationship with another bank, they just offer to move all your money and automatic bill payments from the other bank to your new bank. So the new bank handles everything
Would be interesting to snatch one of these domains should the ever be available. If the author has a list of the domains 40k different apps called, there must be some requests going out to domains that are no longer registered.
Reboot the phone. This sort of stuff is not really possible on iPhone. None of the fancy spyware on iPhone survives reboots.
It's a different risk calculation with the current government. Deny blocking this, and suddenly there are new tariffs designed to especially hurt Apple, or other punishments for not complying.
Yes you can use env files, and then use the template syntax in the request files. https://hurl.dev/docs/templates.html#injecting-variables
BankID is mostly snakeoil. It's not really much more than TOTP 2fa, where you have to have shown physical ID to some of the involved organizations at some point. All the stuff they do with keys is pointless in the end, and is just theatrics to make it sound safe.
The providers holds all the keys, you cannot verify that a signature is legit yourself, you wont get access to the keys they use to sign things, and a cryptographic signature is not really the same as a normal signature on a document.
The users that pay for premium is probably also the most profitable ad viewers
I think he means the newer versions of the stack, from the release of .NET Core 1 in 2016 and onward.
I don't really think it is a language ting, just more of a project size thing.
The most popular nim repository on Github except nim-lang itself is OffensiveNim which basically is a collection implementation of malware features in nim. It's a very popular language for red teamers. This has nothing to do with signed binaries.
I have been getting tons of PDFs which in the previews shows pictures of women. The subject and body of the emails just seems to be random words like in a seed phrase, and with some random single digit numbers. The email is sent from office, hotmail or gmail accounts and verifies. The TO field is also filled with other emails. I have been getting this for like 3 or 4 months, and report as spam does not work. In all the years I have had a gmail account it has never really been a problem.
Maybe your just are getting old, and have different taste than what the movie/tv studios cater for today. If you were a kid during the 80ies, today kids are going to be looking at the content from that time with the same view as you were looking at stuff from the 40ies-60ies.
It's a bit of an unfavorable comparison, a more apt comparison would be Ubuntu/Fedora/ElementaryOS hardening vs Windows 11. The desktop versions have much larger attack surfaces than just "Linux", and it is honestly quite abysmal compared to Windows desktop, mostly because there are nobody looking for those kinds of bugs.
Charges could have been placed weeks ago, finding culprits will be very hard if someone does not take responsibility
The supreme court of Norway just denied an appeal from a bank on a similar case in Norway. The person had been phished over a telephone call, and gave away passwords and 2fa token to what they believed was a bank employee.

A common argument from climate change deniers is that the planet was warmer before and things were fine then. So I guess the comment plays into that, as the changes we are facing might not be new for Earth, but they are new for a Earth with humans.
To some degree you can trust them, as data request to Signal have been through the court systems which is public. You can actually look up and see what data they have turned over after receiving court orders to do so.
There are services that offer bots that increases your listening count on Spotify. People with dirty money create a bunch of artists and songs on Spotify, and use the services to increase the listening count. Spotify pay out royalties based on those numbers. So they pay the service with dirty money, and get clean money from Spotify
Another important aspect of suitability is the building time for new ships, in most cases you will only be able to fight the current war with the ships that you already have or are currently under construction. So having ships survive is important, and it is why so many of the WW1/2 navies were so afraid of using them.
As I painfully experienced recently, browsers on desktop ignores host file with DoH enabled. Had to create a separate browser profile to get this to work with DoH and other privacy/security settings to work
