You can also turn off the "are you working out" feature. It's in the settings of the workout part. Just turn off "Check In Reminders"

I got laid off last Friday in the middle of going over the test scenarios for a product launch this coming week. As a relatively new product manager, I'm curious to see how the prospects are against much more senior PMs.
I'm so glad this is still around. I used it a lot when you first launched, so I'm pleasantly surprised to still see it active.
