I think they use another definition of "small" than most of tech-oriented folks here at HN. They don't seem to be interested in filesizes, number of requests, or even usability. They used a WYSIWG builder (see their advertisement somewhere else in this thread), which is responsible for all of the bloat. It looked good on their (fruity?) devices, and they went with it. It doesn't look like anyone with a technical sensibility was ever involved.

Same. A shame "Token McTokenface" seems to be already in use. What about "Sentence Splitter Upper"?

More serious "qiktoken" would at least hint at the use for the package.

The whole sentence could use some more punctuation marks, like so:

A large number of young people across different countries are affected, with considerable impact on health care systems and society as a whole. Since spread via social media is no longer restricted to specific locations such as local communities or school environments, spread via social media is no longer restricted to specific locations such as schools or towns.

Really enjoyed the read and the details, but the number of words per row and thus the width of the row is straining.

In the for-loop example, I prefer that you can easier and more direct see what's going on with Svelte. The syntax is more expressive.

Fantastic logo! I first thought it was a stylized treble clef but I think it's more a stylized sixteenth note. Not sure if this was your intention but still great. You might even consider to add the five lines used in sheet music to make the music-part more clear.

Speaking of logos, I disliked that you use songbox there, but call your service SongBox. I would change it and maybe even fix it in the user stories.

Small suggestion for the image that shows the dashboard: To quote Matthew McC: "You gotta pump those numbers up!" It's apparent that they are from a demo account you use, but perhaps you could make the numbers more appealing (don't oversell it, though). If I would use your service, I would hope to have a better avg listening time for example.

Kudos for that Doctor Who easter egg, btw!

Great idea! Just subscribed to get some Dumas in my mailbox.

A preview would be nice. Something to get a feel of how long a chapter might be. Also time is a fickle thing. Your 3pm might differ from mine. You might want to include the timezone somewhere. Finally: What's up with the blots that appear onclick in the upper quarter of the page?

Landing-page would have been a great opportunity to show the effects of the tool in action. Have a casual-text (a slightly longer version of what is stated there now) that explains it at the top and display different versions (utilizing different fonts) that use other lingo (i.e.: business, student, techies) at the bottom to show what the tool is actually doing. Add a prominent link to the examples, to show the actual tool in action, and I'm sold.

Or to phrase it another way: Shit needs more bling!

There is missing ("Gewerbeamt") and partially wrong information there (the 17.500 VAT thing), so use with caution!

My best advice: get a tax-guy. They do all this crap and more and while they come with a price (German tax laws are no laughing matters) it's money well spent and also acts as security because said tax-guy shoulders a lot of accountability (pun intended).
