I would possibly be interested in getting one. Sure, it's twice as expensive as other dumbphones (like TTfone TT990, Sidephone, Dumber Mini, Qin F21 Pro to name a few).

But I don't like that they have blocked all web browsers. I don't really mind that social media is blocked, I would probably not install it anyways. But a web browser... I don't really like that arbitrary apps are blocked.

I think it's the form factor and small screen size that would decrease your phone usage. So I think it would be enough with just being a flip phone with a small screen. Blocking apps feels a bit too much.

If I'm out and need to look something up, I would rather that it's a tedious experience with a small screen and T9 keyboard. Rather than not having the option at all.

If I'm friendly, responsible, honest, not poor, do sports, learn new things, keep the house clean, then the fuck more you want.

I think you are describing a person who has worked on himself. Like doing sports, that's good. I think too many guys continue with their teenage hobbies like playing computer games, and that's generally not attractive to women.

Of course, there are no guarantees. There's no magic checklist that you can fulfill and be guaranteed to find a partner. But I think there's always more you can do to make yourself more attractive.

What is the flickering issue?

Sometimes Claude Code scrolls up far away, and I struggle to scroll it down again. And I have to restart the terminal and Claude Code for it to behave well again. But I don't know if this is the flickering issue, or if it's due to a bug in Windows, Alacritty, Zsh or something else.

What devices are those? A phone with eink?

I know they have said that. But it feels a bit strange to me to continue to develop in C++ then, if they eventually will have to rewrite everything in Swift. Wouldn't it be better to switch language sooner rather than later in that case?

Or maybe it doesn't have to take so much time to do a rewrite if an AI does it. But then I also wonder why not do it now, rather than wait.

I started to use JJ during the summer, and now I'm hooked. It feels much easier to do things such as reorder, squash and split commits, as well as change commit message.

I have recently tried to navigate with OsmAnd a few times where I live. Once I ended up in the wrong location, and a few times I have had to look up the business in Google Maps to find their address.

Are we gonna accept being forever locked in to Microsoft because of custom Excel workbook formulas? Forever paying Microsoft a license fee, because we don't want to covert said formulas or invest in open source software to make it reach parity with Excel.

True, regardless of the cost, it feels like money spent on open source software is more ethical and a better way to spend tax money. Why pay $15 million to Microsoft that will only benefit their shareholders, when spending the same amount of money on open source software would benefit everybody (the citizens as well).
