Would there be a scenario where OpenAI deliberately helped (in some way), or let it happen, so that they could use it for marketing purposes?

Hi. I'm a freelance developer.
I already asked on another message board too, but:
Can someone tell me how this technically can happen? I assume HuggingFace performs benchmark testing using containerized versions of the LLMs, or what do they mean by sandbox? So the model was able to 'escape' the container? I'm not following here.
Also, is this an incredible feat or just a lucky find (stolen credentials)?
Yes, this is the way. Also, everything is still connected with last.fm too, so once a while I'll also take a look at my neighbours there.
Biggest thing I miss about all of this was the gatekeeping and curation really. There's so much garbage on Spotify, it's hard to find good music, and the recommendations I get always safely stay in what I already listened to.
DC++
I loved that place, being able to browse people's hard drives was ingenious.
What I also miss on Spotify: live mixes.
Correct, nowadays it's accidental and boring inconsistencies, because they're all trying to be more minimal than the other app.
Correct, and the same goes for webpages, they were built for 15" and/or 17".
It was really wild, out of the box you would get: sound themes, color themes, icon themes, startup sounds, wallpaper themes, different loading animations, am I forgetting something? :-D
The thing is, back then, it worked, because every app looked completely different from each other, and so it was a clusterfuck anyway :-D
I swear we're just going to end up with Java again.
Optimism in general has gone down the drain, and understandably so.
Same here, I enjoyed it too. A lot of people are nitpicking on the strawberry analogy, but there is certainly something to be said about the commodification of everything.
I never really understood what exactly is so readable about python. I've been developing in Python for 8 years now, and before that I was a C# developer, and I don't find Python to be that more readable.
Sure there's less ceremony, and yes, you can have your project going with just a single file, but other than that...?
But that's costly. Speaking of my own experience: going from a webapp fully hosted on an EC2 instance to a railway and vercel setup reduced my costs 10x.
Okay, but not all results on there are valid, ForgeCode for instance has been cheating in the past:

Hi Rod,
I know nothing about astrophotography, but while reading your article I wondered: what happens when a truck passes your house while you're taking these shots, don't the vibrations mess up with the results?
Today, we proudly announce, the Meta Rayban 365
Why couldn't they just've called it Macbook, instead of Macbook Neo?
Especially with things like: will my pencil work with this iPad.
Was about to comment the same. It's a common mistake/gotcha.
Then just use a small cup to scoop out some screws.
I hope you will too escape from your echo chamber.
I wonder how much of their own guidelines they violated with MacOS Tahoe.
Correct, my ex couldn't even be bothered to update the notification settings on her iPhone, let alone she'd be generating and deploying an app using an LLM. Most people just don't want to have anything to do with tech, they just want it to work and get out of their way.
I did the same with my car, technically I could do maintenance myself and troubleshoot and what not, but I just couldn't be arsed, so I outsource it at a premium price.
So...30% of the people at Rapidata are LLM bots?
Bonus points for including Lcd Soundsystem
I chuckled at "Wayland will never be supported" :-D
Maybe they have a higher BMI because they become less active :D
Anecdotical...Also: "clinically modest, reduction in adult height"
