I have also had a really good experience with USPS, but I have not had negative experience with UPS or FedEx.

On a another note, it seems every time he speaks he gets several hundred likes and yet he doesn't say anything particularly special/insightful compare to the other people in conversation (I found this somewhat humorous). :)

One big issue (fear?) with caps that I have, when companies switch to capped pricing and get comfortable with it, they will be extremely opposed to the idea of increasing the cap at a future date. As the internet has grown over the years so has our consumption of bandwidth. I have seen many monopolistic behaviours of the ISP's over the years and it seems that this will just be another tool to inflate the cost of the internet. It almost seems that we are slowly moving towards a bandwith model where only the rich will be able to fully utilize the internet, which is somewhat sad seeing as how libirating of a tool it can be.

Read the article. They invested too heavily in iOS, so now they are going out of business, because they don't have the funds to switch.

Not necessarily, as a counter argument consider some of the giants such as Michael Faraday (physics and chemistry) and Bernhard Riemann (Mathematician), who were born into poverty and later in life had many conflicts with the people that would be considered elitist. (Especially when the elitist believe that they were better and that people such as the son of a black smith should stay away (a crude summary of some conflicts in Faraday's life). Riemann died of TB, a common infliction of poor people (not elitists).

I am not sure if I can watch TED again, after reading the article on HN about how TED seems to run, its appeal is lost.

My only problem with MIT CourseWare is that the video (audio sometimes) is poor quality, I wish they uploaded 720p learning beauty.

Some of the points she made were quite good and somewhat scary, but it shows pretty much what facebook has been this whole time, irresponsible, whether it is with privacy or scenarios such as this one.
