Alright, sir. For what it's worth, Godaddy Broker has contacted me in the past to buy this domain name for a client. The same Godaddy that has appraised it at $3,000+ USD. I declined at the time because I was still planning to use it. Furthermore, you would be surprised if you scrolled through the domain name broker sites (even the Godaddy one).

$200 will unfortunately not help me bootstrap anything. Your tone was rude, sir, not sharp. You are telling me what to do or not do with my own free time!

And let me quote your suggested price: "Fair price? $0." Yes: $0.

Thanks for your insights, Sir. Many people are using "Printive" indeed (not only the folks at printive.net). I was surprised to see what people are willing to pay or have paid to secure some domain names while scrolling through the Godaddy broker site.

If you can't even put the effort into writing a message then I'd suggest you let the domain expire

I can put the effort to answer the message, but his answer was of no help and quite frustrating, it was my way to let him know that! There's a reason I disclosed that it was AI generated (maybe not the best approach)!

I disagree with your assessment of the domain name market. I believe that there is a legitimate market for domain names, and that it is possible to sell domain names for a fair price. However, I agree that it can be difficult to find a buyer willing to pay a fair price, especially for domain names that are not in high demand.

I don't think it's fair to say that the domain name market is a "propaganda technique". There are legitimate businesses that buy and sell domain names (just like cars, oldtimer, etc... ), and there are people who make money from domain names. However, I do agree that it is important to be realistic about the market, and to not expect to make a lot of money from domain names.

I'm still considering my options for the domain name. I'm not sure if I'm going to let it expire or try to sell it. I'll keep your feedback in mind as I make my decision.

Like spystath menrionned, all journals have an RSS Feeds stream or more, so I use RSS Feeds with my webapplication https://www.feedsapi.org/ to receive curated alerts in realtime (many of our users have this as use-case as well).

You can also use the rss feeds with a service like IFTTT or Zapier to set up an alert system.

You should add RSS, it's one of the most passive ways ro share your content and gain new inbound traffic, you users will thank you, all prominents news web/mobile applications make use of rss to distribute their content and get new inbound traffic.

Here are some of the things you can do: Turn those shortened rss feeds into full Text rss feeds, curate your feeds with keywords tomonly get what you really care about, curate your feeds with a more complex filter structure using RegEx, get your feeds items to be delivered everywhere in any format (htmk, txt, pdf, word...) and in full lenght ! 50 sites is a lot... And you may not need to read all of those feeds items so curation makes sense in this specific case.
