Some distros are far less buggy then others... IE: I don't have any issues in Arch, but I did with Manjaro (often there was bugs that prevented updates to complete successfully).
All people holding patents need to be innovating with them, or otherwise, lose them after a short period.
A patent only last 15 or 20 years... copyright is a much bigger issue (copyright protection lasts for the life of the author plus an additional 70 years).
I think that you underestimate how people are willing to put some time to bring the truth out ... the current news is broken anyways... look at CNN and FOX.
He should not have faked the machine learning, but I like the idea. (And I hope that copyright fail to exist, or at least gets adjusted to what it should be... aka, the effectiveness should be the same as patents (not forever and not easily extended))
