Stable-Diffusion-Webui-Forge is a fantastic AI-powered tool that lets you generate jaw-dropping images from text, experiment with diverse art styles, and leverage powerful tools like inpainting, relighting, and segmentation — turning wild ideas into stunning visuals with just a few clicks - self hosted!

I once had a faulty python based ai image generator running on my machine that used all 64 gigs of ram and oomed with a memory dump written to fs. This is no fun when that happens. But mostly these kind of bugs are misconfigurations or bad code, never ending while loops, whatever.

I once tried to use it but it simple was not able to use Android-SDK /adb in it. Then I never used it again and fell back to arch linux.

The integration of artificial intelligence, especially ChatGPT, into my daily routine has been nothing short of transformative. As a web developer, I've found that this AI significantly lightens my workload, streamlining tasks that previously required extensive research and problem-solving. The efficiency of information retrieval has been so enhanced that traditional search engines seem almost redundant. This shift is not lost on tech giants like Alphabet, who may well perceive it as a looming threat to their hegemony, echoing their previous miscalculations with ventures like Google+.

This is so cool. I did the same last week with pure php without any dependencies besides icon, gd and rsync for deployment. Feels like I had sitting inside a LAMP prison for the last two decades. Now just some json files are my database. No fancy bullshit. Just handmade code and some templating. I feel freed like you.

You do it right man. I sit in the same boat as big corporations just start to go on my nerves. I use Linux, try to stay away from most google software but use a chinese mobile so I do not need to be logged in any Google or Microsoft based store. It is tough but I think you go the right way. If I can be of any help let me know. Maybe you create a github (bah Microsoft) or similar repository where people can help you testing and/or developing. You don't have to start completely from scratch as there are some engines available. I wish you luck and dedication.
