It's not perfect, but considering all the bullshit and misinformation out there about autism spectrum disorder, it's a step in the right direction. I'm sure all of the other autistic people will tell you why it sucks, why it's not good, and nitpick and criticize, but it's fun, it looks cool, and it's decent media representation for a marginalized community that has almost no real representation in media. I don't really like how the goal is to just be a productive worker and exist in society that works against you in every way?

I'm sorry to say this but I just enjoy the irony of it all. His last words were "Counting or not counting gang violence?". Damn, sounds like internet heaven. You really hit the nail on the head with that modern thing. There's just too many devs out there trying to make the next big thing, the next big trend, to make a name for themselves.

Been exclusively on Wayland on my laptop and Raspberry Pi for a couple years at least. I've removed almost all of the Xorg packages, but I keep the one xorg-server-xwayland. I don't miss X11 at all. But, I also don't have an NVIDIA graphics card.

I want to like Hyprland so bad, I'm using it right now. It has its problems, but it is fun to watch the animations and eye candy. I am concerned about the future of the project, seems like it has some scope creep and there is like a subscription model, or something? I don't know how well I understand that, doesn't sound like a good thing though. The website is an eyesore. People pretend it's totally bug-free, but it's just not. Even DistroTube has tried it.

The guy that writes it/maintains it is a piece of shit though. The last thing the Linux community needs is more bigotry and anime crap.
