This is great! I assume most of your customers will be businesses, so why not offer a bulk "@domain" subscription for $999 (lifetime) so that anyone in the business can use it without restriction. Restrict the other packages to personal use and you should be able to drive up your income.

How are chip and pin cards "completely unsuitable for ecommerce and mobile payments"? I can manage both of these fine in the UK.

I was interested in using the expanded range, but it needs to access administrator privileges which I can't use on my locked-down work laptop. The normal version is a lifesaver though!

It's nothing to do with the metric system. Can you visualise 330m, or would it be easier to visualise three football pitches (or insert any other familiar large area)?

How about instead of a one-off donation of 20, they had a further site for recurring payments? I got to the end (without spamming my friends), hit the payment page (would have auth'd with paypal but no option to), then didn't end up doing anything. It's well presented but needs more than one funnel for people who give up at the end.

Indeed, the monetary value makes things impersonal - great idea!

Considering a normal Segway costs about 4-5 times that, it's pretty impressive stuff! I'd like to know how long the batteries last/how fast it could go. Seems a lot more portable than an actual Segway as well.

Wow, that sounds pretty inane.

It creates a nice animation showing your profile pictures, friends, tagged pictures, status updates, videos etc on walls in a museum with people walking around your 'exhibits'. It's a fun timewaster.

The only thing is, I'd say you have to be pretty lucky to join a startup that instantly becomes the latest sh^t hot thing going around. A large majority will join startups that don't go far, but then again, the experience of failing or 'wearing many hats' and actually being in that situation is probably where the value comes from anyway.
