Agreed, I'm much more at the limit of the kart for every corner. If i crash, its not much $ out of my pocket. The value of the car is always at the back of my head when doing track days - even when its relatively "cheap", and thus I am slower. It take me much much longer to get up to the limit on the car :/

tldr.. get a PRIME account

I'm in Canada.. you're right BUT you need a prime account. I ordered some stuff and it was due to come in a month (non prime account).. and after 1.5 weeks it didn't ship. I canceled it and used a family members Prime account (still the delivery date was ~1 month away).. I got the stuff within 3 days.

I work at a big telco in the voice group and we still have tons of DMS 100/200/250s. Anyways some interconnections we have require Ditech echo canceller (no idea what model but apparently when we need them, we use spare ones or have to buy them on the used market). We have been migrating traffic to newer equipment and the new gateways have echo cancel built into them (e.g. Genband G9s)

Well I am driving on paved large highways. If it was a side road or a dirt road, I wouldn't be able to go that 'fast' safely.

I have to admit tho, I drive faster during heavy rain on the highways due to the lack of police. I fell like I am unleashing my hidden "Senna" :)

I use Aquapel and it works better at low speeds compared to RainX. And honestly it does make me drive faster in the rain (the tires I run also have a very high rating in the wet). In rain and with a little 'speed' (80-140 km/h), I don't even turn on the wipers

I think if you were logged into fb, and checked out the guys github, and github has fb widgets on his page, then it can make the connection. IIRC linkedin did/does the same thing for mapping where you went. I run ghostry to block widgets/analytics, and uBlock origin for adds

take this with a trunk load of salt.. idk if its right..

I think its a valid way to solve that problem. In Canada, the STEM programs are filled with 2nd/3rd generation immigrants that were labourers, servers, restaurent workers, etc. These guys/gals go on to get 40-80k salary jobs after uni/college and pay significant taxes WHICH help pay for medical/state pension for the aging populaion

agreed. I got my benefits (stuff that the province doesn't cover - like perhaps some $$ prescription or eyeglasses) day 1 of new job, and probabtion is 6 months (i.e. can be let go without the whole "improvment plan"). Other places will have shorter probation and maybe full benefits after 30 days

edit: I am in Ontario and I know a guy in the medical feild that had a 1 year probabtion
