Optics of this article could be improved.

However, this is already a well established and useful thing. When you publish your AWS (for example) secrets to your public repo, it will scan it and stop it leaking before damage can be done. This is just the same for another service.

A while back SO jobs helped get me and my partner a footing in the industry, so I felt like I owed it back something and begged the new bosses to try it out, as I believed it was where the real good candidates were looking

I would extend its usefulness by rewarding shorter answers, as you could cheat a lot by using long nth-child selectors for everything which is basically unusable in actual stylesheets
