PowerVR GPUs from Imagination Pass OpenVX Conformance with Khronos

FEX decided to not support page sizes >4k, which is fair (it's a lot of work), but it means that it won't be usable on Apple silicon, so that's not an option.

"kilo" meant 1000 everwhere else but for some reason it meant 1024 when it came to storage sizes Only when using storage. They sell storage by 1000 to inflate the number shown to customers.

The conformance tests are open source and will be available from day 1 ;)

As far as participating in the design of the standard, are you really saying you'd want everyone and their mother to have their word? I think it's best to leave this to GPU vendors and engine implementers, as they're the ones who know how it can work.

This live stream will be broadcast on Thursday November 19 at 4pm GMT. Description follows:

Most CPUs today come in multicore configurations, and applications uses software multi-threading to take advantage of this capability.

This presentation will explain some of the ways Vulkan enables software multi-threaded scaling, and how this might be used.

Presenting will be Tobias Hector, Software Design Engineer for Vulkan and OpenGL ES, Imagination Technologies
