Today, January 31, 2025 is 5 years after January 31, 2020… Is the article saying something different? It’s paywalled
That’s Fight Club
It is sarcasm.
I didn't interpret the article as "investigate LARPers to make sure they're not domestic terrorists" so I don't really understand your take. Stop and Frisk has obvious racist origins, but the process starts with you suspecting someone of a crime and using that as a foot in the door. This seems the opposite guidance of "before you spend too much time investigating a group, try to build the case that they're not LARPing". Like the whole preface is that terrorists are trying to evade justice by saying it was all a game. Stop and Frisk wasn't created because people carrying weapons and committing crimes were pretending to be minorities so cops wouldn't be suspicious.
When I had cable they removed channels at the time. Usually because Viacom tried to strong arm them
What's it called?
I wiped my search history and told it to not remember my search history. I left my watch history alone. I'm pretty happy with the recommendations I get from this combo. It generally doesn't recommended things I've seen, and doesn't have my search keywords polluting the recommendations
I believe in Democracy and don't hate this. No one is above the law in a Democracy.
I just went on a ride about how the UN UN-Nazi'd the world
Maybe they'll bring them back in a little while as a premium feature
Yeah I saw the date before I read the article, and the thing that struck me is that specialty coffee wasn't very good. I grind at home and have a midtier home espresso machine, but I still treat myself to a local cafe espresso drink from time to time. I just can't compete with a commercial espresso machine, or experienced barista for that matter.
I also think you'd be hard-pressed to find robusta served outside of a diner these days
