Ask HN: Startup that tracks photos/data submitted from field personnel

Hi, I'm looking for this startup that posted here in HN. Their service basically enables you to track photos submitted from your field personnel in an admin dashboard, your field personnel has this app that allows them to collect data.

This startup had tiered monthly pricing for this. Anyone knows? I recall them posting their link as a comment to an Ask HN as well. Thanks!
