Ask HN: Experiences using Payoneer?

This is a question mostly for non US folks, has anyone used Payoneer US Payment Service to sell paid apps on the Play Store or to charge with Paypal, Amazon, etc...?

I've been thinking about giving it a try, but wanted to check if anyone has some good advice about it. Thanks!
