Ask HN: Would you advise me on how to move forward my startup project?

I am working on a startup project full-time. I failed already a succession of iterations after 4 months and I quite recently started with a brand new idea (I had 6 years ago). It's all about food, diet and health. For this new try, I managed to not write code for the moment (I am a dev) and I am focusing on having as many people as possible interviewed. After 40+ interviews, the problem is I get really little value from my interviews and nothing like an early adopter. I am french and I live in a little city and I start to question myself about 2 things. Is there any early adopters where I live and would I be able to interview anybody relevant by just randomly targetting 1st and 2nd level friends/family. Any advices welcomed.
