Help Tim (AskTheBuilder), and help yourself?

Tim was featured in the Cnet article http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-57549199-93/google-after-antitrust-the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly/ about antitrust. His site has tanked after the Google Panda update. The site uses Wordpress, and at a cursory glance has made many mistakes. What a great opportunity to help what seems to be a genuine guy while offering a high-profile referral.

Someone needs to build a case study and help this guy.
