today i was looking at some sites for some java code and some css code and so on. yeah stackoverflow is a great site but there you get answers to questions. But i was thinking about a site wehre we share best practices to all topic. like css: look a animated background or in java: look this is how you debug right and so on...

What do you think about that idea?
