Did I just break ChatGPT?

My prompt was "Please draw a simple 2D geometric diagram showing a matrix and its transpose acting on vectors".

It takes a minute and outputs a formula as an image (nothing geometric) with no description. Then for my next prompt "please explain the diagram" - it responds with "No available models support the tools in use. Try starting a new chat instead or try again later." I get same response for new chats as well.

This is consistently reproducible. What's going on?
