Yeah, Automattic and Matt Mullenweg have completely lost the benefit of the doubt for me after their bad behavior dealing with the Tumblr community.

Off topic but now Ars Technica has blocked my IP and gives a "403 Forbidden". Most likely another one of Cloudflare "protected site" that blanket blocks whole foreign IP ranges from legit reputable ISP. At least some site makes me go through the whole "prove you aren't a robot" song a dance but here they just outright blocked :(

This is why lawyers tell you to shut up. If the suit proceeds, then all the things he wrote here and elsewhere are in play. Could be used to advance the suit too.

He was running is mouth for a bit too. So his legal team will have to review all that to be prepared == expensive!
