Ask HN: How do you find clients that wish to outsource

We have a team in southeast Asia (presently expanding) with team member skills ranging from front end and backend technologies like .NET, Java, Websphere Portal Admins, GIS Software Engineer etc.

How do we go about promoting our company (which will be formed in the US since I am located here) and acquire clients that are willing to outsource their development.

If anyone here has taken this path kindly advice.
