Ask HN: Website builder with Substack-like editor/writer?

I am currently on Squarespace for a 50+ page information website. I really want a simple website builder with a minimal design, an easy way to edit a sidebar/nav layout, and a substack-like editor for a mix of text/images.

Anyone have any recommendations?

I don't have the time right now to build something myself, so hoping there is something out there I can pay for that does this.
