I was raised awkward middle American introverted nerdy dude and a few things transformed my life and now I’m a “chick magnet” that can talk about anything…

I started exercising regularly. Even 15 minutes of stretching and light activity now and then throughout the day works. Tho now I’m strong and kind of cut (I learned some martial arts systems over the years so I could “handle myself “) I don’t eat junk food and avoid anything with refined sugar. Bad for the body and mind.

I love books and learning about history. When I find a cool topic I rehearse the story back to myself and practice telling their anecdotes on whoever I can. I can now speak with familiarity and intrigue on dozens of topics.

I never really “hit on” females, I just talk to them every chance I get in innocuous friendly ways. Without motive or agenda, and after years of that women are so comfortable talking to me they signal their interest when they have it (so I don’t fumble around wondering if they like me and how to take it to some other level.) Become their ally, take their side in things. I really like talking to older women, even grandmas. Learn the female perspective for its own sake, not because you might get something out of it.

Recognize good relationships take years to build, yet you acquire them in a flash. So you never know who will become your bff, until a year or so later when you see you’ve kept in contact. So be charming, helpful, and outgoing by default. And peers (fellow dudes) are really the hardest to befriend. Over-similarly and competition is a greater barrier than unfamiliarity, so don’t let that discourage you.
