Are there going to be any videos released of the talks? I would have loved to attend but didn't have time to fly to the US this time.

Yes, all the talks are being recording by professionals and will be available after the event is over.

One of the presentations is in SVG format. How do you open this and how is it made?

Both Safari and Chrome seem to open the file fine for me. Tags in the source code indicate that it was at least partly made with Inkscape.

It was made using SVG and ~200 lines of ClojureScript.
