While the landing page looks nice, I can't help wondering: Where do my data go? Are they encrypted on disk? Will they be shared with others? Is it free (gratis), or what is the pricing?

I need much more information before I follow through with the “Join Futureland” button.

Founder here. Thanks for your questions and notes. You're right our home page should include more information. Working on it.

Where do my data go? Are they encrypted on disk?

Currently data is stored on central servers. We don't see this as our long term approach. It's what we have had to do while trying to realize this project with limited resources.

Will they be shared with others

No. Your data is not shared with others. You can also create journals that are private and public on Futureland.

Is it free (gratis), or what is the pricing?

Pricing is $5/month for unlimited entries. Your first 75 entries are free.

is it a toy/game or a tool?

It is a tool that aspires to feel fun to use like a toy or a game.

I am going to take all of these notes and reflect them in an updated home page shortly. thank you!!!
