Ask HN: How do you accept payments on your App outside the U.S.

Hello HN, I want to monitize my web app. It's a website uptime, SSL and domain monitoring service sitemonki.com. It's been running for almost 2 years now on a free tier with a couple of hundred users. But I now wish to add premium package. However, being from Uganda, I am finding it challenging to accept payments on the App. I thought of Stripe or Paypal, but my country is not supported. Any suggestions, thanks.
