mdBook! https://github.com/rust-lang/mdBook

It can do LaTeX and code, and be updated in real time so those were real time notes!

great notes

didn't see anything obvious about messaging-style IPC like jms/0mq etc or more synchronous HPC mechanisms like MPI, which are also good/important topics to consider depending on the use case
