I didn't see dates in the methodology section for when the survey results were collected. Would be curious how this takes into account budget cutbacks from Covid earlier this year. At my own startup, we saw about a 10% MRR retraction from April - July and have only recently started bouncing back.

Glad to hear you're digging out! Our new revenue, expansion revenue and churn have all been performing well since Covid began. Coupled with results from public SaaS companies, I've considered Covid a boon for the industry, overall. But, I would love to examine a true analysis if anybody knows of one.
