Right, if Google doesn't think you are in the US, you won't be able to download Voice from Play. Which is really annoying if you actually are in the US...

It's also not very sophisticated last I checked. Just change the extension.
Many ad networks[1] do already provide an opt out mechanism. You look for a blue icon[2] in the corner of the ad, which if you click it should take you to an opt out page.
I dug a bit further, and also found this: http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ which purports to allow you to opt out from any or all of the participating companies from that page.

They plan to launch food supplies to Mars in 2016, 7 years before sending the astronauts and 2 years before they've even scouted out where to establish a settlement.
I don't understand why they would send the supplies there so early. Can anyone explain this timeline to me?

I liked http://gitref.org when I started with git. I find it's a good quick reference to common git commands so you can quickly get up and running with git. The rest of learning git is really just practice and searching for how to do stuff when you need to.
