I apologize for implying you didn't understand the culture by asking if you have been there, I didn't mean that in any way.

In any case, alot of my family are middle class and can't find decent jobs. The competition is very high and programmers are a dime a dozen. Technically educated doesn't mean they enjoy it. Most consider it a job to get by. Some find it to be a passion. The ones who see it as a paycheck are far more likely to rip a site off and the culture is such that it doesn't seem wrong. "Someone else's problem."

Hmm, you ever been to India? Alot of developers there are forced into development by their families and don't get paid much while taking care of not only their immediate family but their retired father and his family. Granted what he did was wrong, I do understand this developer's plight. 10K people per square mile is alot of competition where good work is.

I agree. I buy local from the farmer's market and I buy raw and fresh, I have lost more weight just eating like a caveman than any fad diet has done for any of my co-workers or friends. The following is ideal for me:

1. raw/fresh food 2. general fitness every day 3. intermittent fasting once or twice a week

Food has a lasting effect on the body, some of which science is yet to understand, I'll stick with what I can hunt and pick from the wild.

Who in their right mind has little kids near a protest? Saw what appeared to be a man wiping a little girl's eyes.

I don't condone violence on any level and I am all for protesting but I would leave the kids with someone I trust and somewhere safe (if that is at all possible).

If I get even an inkling unrest is occurring I would immediately get my daughter to safety (again, if that is at all possible).

I can definitely see how this could make people more sick, though I work in an open office and I rarely get sick, could be genetics or it could be that I eat food grown locally, work out and run every day and generally have alot of fun outside of work.

The human body NEEDS to get sick to build anti-bodies - without these then you will get sick more often. The American way of "Take antibiotics or medicine as soon as you get sick!" is one of the worst habits of my beloved American people (and fast food).

I wholeheartedly agree - I was born on American soil and always felt that the FBI's profession was very admirable. I have had family members deal with the FBI and most of their field agents are second to none when it comes to being good at their jobs.

Damn that sounds good - completely natural - save for possibly the emulsifiers in the almond milk.

Most people have already screwed themselves with the traditional "American" diet. I can see why this would be enticing. I, for one, prefer raw food - vegetables and animals I can hunt myself (when I can). I wouldn't call it Paleo - I would call it NORMAL EATING. I also run every day and do some moderate lifting every other day with yoga every night. I feel great, actually, and don't need something that looks like raw cocaine to put in my body. I don't trust food bought from the internet, no matter how it looks or what the reviews are. Farmer's markets are where its at - buy local and buy raw, everything else is a waste of time.

It would also be pretty sweet to have the ability to move exercises around. I tend to throw in pull-ups and other stuff at the end (with things around the house). Possibly even creating custom 7-min workouts that fit the guidelines of upper/lower/upper/lower, etc.

EDIT: but this is an awesome thing, regardless

I have not had cable TV for nearly 3 years and it has worked out very well since I am outdoors more often. However, the day al a carte is in town is the day I buy cable again. Comcast et. al. are just like banks, they could care less about the consumer.

I am not holding my breath as McCain is simply spinning his wheels.

I must say this is a tasteless comment:

Gravity must exist...my crap falls in the toilet every time! Amazing!

wow...im in Mid TN, the Smyrna/Murf area. I am not in the Metro area at all.

I also use my own modem. My speeds are nowhere near your results, it is actually closer to 15-20mbps down and 2-4mbps up.

I need some more info from you on this, I'd love to find out where they have this speed out here...

I only pay for internet and regularly go over my 300GB/month data cap as well
