I agree in part I use a clever dripper with supermarket beans - just picked up 500g of alleged peruvian beans from lidl for £3.50 I like the taste of my drip coffee and I find most instant coffees harsh even the upmarket ones with micro grounds. However in europe I do like my nescafe 3 in one sachets I think coffee is stuational
yeah same here tried obsidian and dendron moved to checkvist - because it is keyboard driven

liked the product but beware the new subscription model. Stopped using when it had major issues syncing - there are better alternatives Joplin
macs have 8% of the market why oh why does HN feature so many mac only products?
tried it left because of price, lack of options, lack of reliable sync https://joplinapp.org/ is far better and cheaper option
