Mark Cuban: If you want to see more jobs created -- change patent laws 15 years ago

I think that just having requirement that a patent actually has to be in "real production/read product" by the holder is the only modification to the law we need. (there is challenge here how to ensure that production in not fake, but it could be possible to ensure that)

I wonder how this relates to exponential growth in "Persona Management Software". I heard for some companies having thousands of Facebook accounts under control. And apparently they are "real" and non-anonymous as it gets.

My question is: how are they going to distinguish puppets from real people?

I agree. They should do the same experiment and replace authority with $$. Maybe they did but I cannot find reference.

I think you will see 60% of people will do horrendous things for a little bit of money.

I wonder why the initial response was "They won’t reimburse her for damages"?

Does this mean that as soon as Brian & co are not involved in day to day operation the service AirBnB offers will deteriorate?
