In between, I spent 8 years doing complex multi-stakeholder deal coordination in commercial real estate, which taught me how to move slow-moving institutions through competing timelines and risk tolerances. And right now I design and operate multi-model AI systems (22 LLMs, 7 providers, three autonomous pipelines) as a hands-on builder, not a theorist.
