I'm working for the "Mac as Infrastructure" category at ScaleNinja. Currently building:
DeltaSnap - a version-control & undo layer for AI era for macOS powered by APFS snapshots. (Snapshots have existed for years, so part of me wonders why nobody else built something like this as a standalone product; fwiw this is now among handful apps in the world which Apple/APFS team has blessed to use their private APFS snapshot access API)

MacVisor - a versatile virtualizer to run macOS & Linux VMs on Apple Silicon. Can be used as a desktop virtualizer, or as a local virtualization host (a hypervisor app like Proxmox, or libvirt/virsh, but for Mac) or a CLI-driven infra.
