Because when we use a natural risk, we remove the fact that it's actual policy put forth and implemented by humans. Otherwise, the ideology will always be brought into question, while volcanos don't have an ideology that can conflict with itself.

Yeah they kind of got burned by the "dinobabies" comment from a while back.
They get it, they just know it looks bad so they act as if they are surprised.
I've always wondered what happens psychologically and physically when you hit that state where you can pretty much go forever. It's like I begin daydreaming and I forget that I feel like I'm about to die from the running. One thing I noticed was that it never happened before the 1st mile, it was always after mile 2 that I would mentally drift off.
From what I've seen, it has to have been "clearly established" before meaning that unless there is an incident already labeling the act unconstitutional, no dice for the poor lady. It's how you make it so that as society evolves, officers can't be held accountable for new acts.
But it wasn't, I remember seeing people on Facebook talking about J6 before it happened. It's kind of weird to see the minimization of J6 in real time.
Any time you hear an assumed Westerner talking about China's rising presence in Africa, it reminds me of an abuser whose love has left him for good. The speech is riddled with "he won't love you like I do", "He doesn't really love you", "He's actually worse than me".
It's long been known that certain animals are far more charismatic than others. Dogs and cats should never suffer, while thing like rats, mosquitos and wild boars are to be terminated on sight. Things such as hippos, squirrels and food sources are somewhere in between.
Like they mentioned in the article, I can imagine it's only a matter of time before household pets are given personhood.
Number OR Letter, and it never specifies which one. It doesn't say first or last, or anything.
The wheelbarrow makes more sense than a bicycle.
You've left out the entropy you've added to the universe by ordering the system. That entropy is in the form of wasted heat.

That sounds awful. My first instinct would be to see where an FK constraint would fail, and then ask the business what it should be. There is no guarantee that every business case from way back needed an FK, or that anyone in the business knows which FK value should be there. It sounds absolutely miserable.
Sweet is only unhealthy nowadays because of the sheer quantities of sugar we can consume as of he past 60 years. Before then, sweet stuff was a luxury. Hell, I've even heard that modern fruits are too sweet for zoo animals as we've bred them to have more sugar.
MS will delete your db and it's data, Google will delete Google Cloud in it's entirety.
It's very difficult to be a proponent of no censorship/moderation on a site that is known to have [flagged] and [dead] accounts/comments.
I don't remember hearing that at all.
Instead of trying some solution from across the pond, TX could do what virtually everyone else does and that's connect to their grid to the rest of the US.
...That doesn’t seem like an argument a citizen of a democracy wound intentionally make.
They are rubber stamping warrant requests without any consideration of the Constitution, how is what I'm proposing anti-democratic?
I'm not sure about the particular locale mentioned, but in places I've lived, magistrates need no law education of any kind, and have enormous power.

It seems like you are stating that women of the past were secretly unhappy, so the modern divorce rate is the system hitting it's relaxed state. That's a confusing way to support the way things are.
Damn, that's a cold message to send someone.
Ignorant question, but where is ATI in the AI/ML space? I only ever hear about NVidia and it's Cuda.
It has other forms of energy available to it, but as a state, it's industry and political structure as a whole leans towards petro.
I don't know if they truly thought they could win as much as they had to fight. With the Westward expansion of the U.S., more and more states would be admitted to the union that would never be as slave dependent as the South. In that scenario, the political power of the slavers gets diluted and chattel slavery ends with the stroke of a pen. They simply couldn't stick around for that situation to take place.

Yeah, I saw a TikTok and this guy was filming a cat that had lost it's tail and an eye. Apparently, it had gone toe-to-toe with the rats of Brooklyn if I remember correctly and lost. NYC rats can get pretty gnarly in size, nothing like the mice or squirrels we think of that cats usually kill.
The older I get, the more systems I learn are only around because they've been around.
...People should freely be able to have opinions on Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, CBS News, etc. and those opinions should not get them fired from their jobs just because some exec or some vocal group disagrees... as long as they're not representing the company.
That is an unrealistic take. Especially when the opinion is critical of the company. Much less when it's something as simple as the company not wanting to be associated with such viewpoints.
