That's what bank underwriting is for and you will quickly find that your 0 income 0 asset llc would have difficulty borrowing.

That's just how battle royale works.
China literally has the most advanced dark factories in the world https://www.ien.com/redzone/blog/22948773/the-tech-enabling-...
Even in their lights on factories they use robotics enmasse, you think they're just selling the arms?
Also every single manufacturer in the world is constantly trying to automate their lines so nothing I'm saying is even controversial?
We're kind of doing it with the tsmc fabs, but yea, there are civilizational problems in the west which goes beyond cheap resources, talent, and labor.
You can just copy the chinese playbook and allow entry if you are willing to hand over ip.
Of course its a matter of national security if there are military applications. The point of robotics is also weird because they've already widely adopted robotics within their own manufacturing and also America already replaced the majority of their labor by offshoring so I dont know how they would destroy american society by introducing robotics.
That's 100% untrue lmao.
I was curious exactly how the game works but couldnt find it in the article or the paper.
Maybe but the ones in my city(who take city money) have literally nothing to show for.
Donating money is just not it. It's so easy to spend money you didn't work hard to make yourself. If you wanna do good, figure out how to deploy the resources to your cause.
The humid areas where they might work probably already have a lot of water?
What a ridiculous title lol.
Works very well in Germany. Devastating student loans is contributing way more to the stratification of society.
The obvious low hanging fruit is that most Americans just need less school and should skip straight into vocational training which can start as early as 15-16. These kids don't need to ever be even close to calculus or physics. There's an epidemic of overly educated people and it's a tremendous waste of resources and broken expectations.
Just follow the people who invented kindergarten :))
The last part is just true. Once technology, military, and energy intersect, there's pretty much nothing you can do but slowly march over the cliff. If it's not climate its nuclear winter.
I might be dumb, but I figured they would just continuously subdivide the sample until they isolated it. Maybe CO2 sensors wont be sensitive enough?
If they dont want to release the source then just keep running the servers! I think its ridiculous that people can buy games and the games just stop working and its ok because of some legalese that literally no one reads. Alternatively, why not just align your incentives with the user and charge subscriptions.
Games are interesting because players will sink a lot of time and sometimes money in and so it goes beyond a smart alarm clock or a fitness tracker imo.
The reasonable compromise should be to force devs to release server binaries if they are not willing to run the servers themselves.
Assuming we're talking about the US, this is just not true. If you are actually poor, then the government has incredibly generous programs to put food and shelter over your head. Where I live, the city government will literally paid for your daycare and you can enroll in lotteries to buy homes at 1/10th the regular price.
It's the current set of policy that is failing. All literacy and math score are down across the entire country and theyve been going down for the past 10 years.
The people who benefit are not the wealthy, who can afford to simply buy a house in the school district of their desire, but simply middle class parents who care about their kids.
What does that have anything to do with what I said. We're talking about big tech here (which does pay half a million for mid level). If you can get a job at big tech then you can get a job elsewhere so if you think its unethical (which it probably is) then you can just move. The fact is that most people today are amoral and would gladly accept a big tech job so they can golf on the weekends; you'd be naive if you think that is against their interests. And if you are a history enjoyer then you should know that real change is predicated on violence and that some mesh gloves on software engineers will not stop meta from turning trillions of hours of human attention into ad revenue.
yall are babies, 99% of jobs on earth suck ass but they dont pay half a million
Kind of related
You might be right, I don't actually know Qian that well, but this idea of collective leadership misses the point that Mao had all the power and backing of the military/peasants.
It's a strange christian sect that is generally atheistic but borrows values from the western tradition.
This is probably just him trying to survive Mao's insanity
:) he's not wrong, it is all surveillance
Besides, half of these organizations are probably CIA fronts anyways
You have to look at use cases and there are a bunch of slam dunk use cases that are wildly profitable at todays token prices, whether we keep finding use cases as intelligence goes up is another story.
