I build AI agent systems for small and mid-size businesses typically handling custom middleware integrations with legacy ERPs with hostile schemas. We typically add an agentic layer on top of an implementation (some details below). Also dabbled in legal document analysis for a paid POC.
Background: Law degree (India's #1 law school),1 year handling international disputes in Indian Big Law ~2 years at ITC Limited (FMCG, handled a $500M+ portfolio of Food Brands) doing legal and product operations, then pivoted to building full-time in Jan 2025. No CS degree, learnt by shipping.
What I've shipped in production (paid clients, real users): — Custom MCP server (35+ tools) over a legacy textile ERP with a 79-column MS SQL table with typos in column names. Built a ReAct agent that generates SQL via natural language, deployed as a WhatsApp bot for 7,100+ SKUs, integrated with a Next.js dashboard with around 20 report types over the same data.
— Analytics platform connecting TrackAbout + Zoho Books for an industrial gas company. Cylinder rotation metrics, fleet visibility across a ₹2.25 crore asset base, 15-min sync intervals, WhatsApp alerts for inactive customers. Next.js + Express + MongoDB.
— 95 GB image migration pipeline for a home decor company: scraped ~34K images from web + FTP, matched to ~44K inventory products by barcode, uploaded to Cloudflare R2. Python ETL with checkpoint resumability.
