Just a heads up, the Chrome plugin Ghostery blocks "Get the free beta >" element. I'm not sure why it does this, but I feel it's worth mentioning because the number of people installing Ghostery has increased lately.

Unfortunately Amazon won't ship this book outside of the United States.

I have multiple sclerosis and acquired hookworms about 3 years ago as an attempt to prevent further relapses. HN isn't exactly the place for this, but if anyone has any questions I'd be happy to answer.
