Tried it, mp3 export works nicely, and the voice is decent for something fully local. Also word-level timestamps to sync subtitles would be convenient as well. Any chance of adding that?
Fun role reversal — I pair-program with AI every day, so being on the other side was humbling. I completely failed at the first question.
I built veraxapp.com over my high school summer break — a backtesting tool for finance/trading. I mainly used Claude Code, and I'd say I was semi-vibe coding: I made the product decisions and reviewed everything, the AI wrote most of the actual code. And to be honest, developing it was the easy part for me. Getting people to see it, on the other hand, is much harder. Happy to answer anything about the workflow.
The minimal style works, the words really do speak for themselves. Have you thought about a movie section? Famous opening lines from films could fit the same format.
