you say you want an honest employee to work with you to work in your tiny team, yet you don't even have the courtesy of even sending an acknowledgment response after I (honest freelancer, 3+ yrs exp) emailed you a no-BS proposal to collaborate many days ago.
I guess you only want the flood of AI-slop cover letters and resumes that exaggerate the credentials, good luck finding a good needle in the hay.
