I bought a battery pack that could jump my car let alone charge my phone. I didn't expect much but was impressed with it from the start. Everything was quality made. (My truck doesn't start easily in cold temperatures) Right after I got it I happened by someone on the street in -30 temperatures that ran down their battery. Anker's battery jumped it in less then 10 seconds and the battery was at half charge.

This is good to know. I just bought my first Anker charger a month ago to be able to start my car if needed and to charge my phone. It came with really nice cables which really pleased me and I've been able to test the charger on a strangers truck that happened to be parked next to me in a parking lot. It did great btw. I just happened to stumble onto it on Amazon and thought I'd give them a shot.

At the research facility that I worked there were so many talks and lectures from around the world and going around the world to talk I have no idea how they ever get any research done. Maybe it's just the Universities that lack this?

You make good points to ponder. In this sort of situation I find that looking at the outcome or the end result provides more information towards the intent or competency of the subject questioned. In my opinion the only real reason for a FISA court existence is to prevent civil laws from being broken. Has the FISA court overstepped the constitution in favor of securing our liberty? Has the FISA court been successful in securing privacy for those they serve?

In my humble opinion I suspect that the only fields more arrogant then the computer field are law and health fields. Then of course you can throw in the engineering and political fields. Have I missed anyone.

Wonderful idea. I do wonder how that changes the center of gravity and how much weight is diminished for cargo but seems well worth it. When the engine goes out you generally only have 10 seconds to decide where to land. Now it seems you have many minutes to find a place. In most circumstances I'd think this is better then the parachutes for planes because you have a chance to save very expensive airplanes.

As far as IPL's I can't remember a more breathtaking moment when I had to IPL the system and it would come up successfully. And the more horrific event when the 10" floppy used to IPL went bad. LOL, good times.......

I agree with you. If there ever was a man that epitomizes trustworthy and built a huge business because of his reputation there was RG LeTourneau. Early in his career he went far past expectations and cost him dearly to honor his word in fulfilling a contract. His biography is remarkable if you ever have a chance to read it.

Some good points that I've never considered. It seems some basic needs aren't always food, clothing, shelter in all disasters. Communication is key and clearly lacking in Haiti's case.

I've seen some pretty wild things going down highways but the possibilities are endless with autopilot.
