I think most people would be hard pressed to come up with a mil for 2, so that's only 40k. For 2 people that would not be anywhere close to enough even in the boonies. 120k isnt really that much, assisted living is something like 5-6k here so you need 1.5m to just cover that without other expenses.

I dont know why they would choose 200m deep, its pretty dark at that depth and not super interesting. Why not park it somewhere near a reef at 30-50M, dive in dive out experience for tourists, good vac options, good lighting and easy to work on.

Think of it like your first subnautica base.

I personally really had the USB C "Standard". The cable shape and fit is good but the fact that the different USB C cables all look the same but dont actually work the same is a real problem. Having identical looking cables without any markings on them to indicate capability is really problematic.

The ford 10R80. 10 speed transmission is famous for being terrible dispute being in use since 2018.

As for toyota their new engines and transmissions arent really any better for fuel economy but seem to have reliability issues anyway. I think its more of a problem of too much power as the HP war rages on for more powerful engines.

Extend and pretend is the name of the game. If the lender triggers a default they will be stuck with the property and have to take the large balance sheet loss. Its generally better for them to pretend everything is fine until the property owner cant make the payment and even then its usually better to renegotiate than it is to take the hit. There isnt a clearing mechanism that would force the loss to occur and the property to resell at new market value.

Thats really the danger of low rates, it slows down market clearing forces and allows zombie companies to persist for a very long time.

Rent is 13k a month, so instead of lowering the rates the store fronts stay empty. Well DUH! There is obviously a rent that would make shops profitable but its probably not 13k a month. Maybe its only 5k or 2k or even 1k. If you want to fill the shops you have to bring the prices down to what the market can bear.

Its because the problem you need to solve isnt that hard and already solved, it does not need to have a crazy complex novel solution. . All you have to do is present the problem and solution set. xtra math isnt some sort of complex system and it does not need to be, its stupid simple and does the thing its supposed to do.

Let me tell you as a parent I want no part of this AI garbage in the classroom. Its just an excuse to burn money the district does not have on software they dont need and that does not work.

Id way rather our school district bought an Xtramath account and taught the kids math facts in a simple way than waste money on AI that does not work or feeds misinformation.

sometimes you burn the CTO but you better make sure you brought ample firewood because guys at top can take some serious heat before melting and most low levels underestimate the amount of firewood it takes resulting in getting roasted by the leader instead.

There arent a lot of great winter activities. Skiing is one that many people do and love. In the summer there are way more options like biking, surfing, climbing, hiking so people divide out by interest groups but mainstream winter activities are limited.

Just think of how shitty it would be to be #1. There is a lot to be gained by being house #10 or 100 in terms of design cleanup. Achitecture houses that are one off will always have weird quirks because its the first of iteration or cost a ton to address those issues .

Gardening isn't easy to get started. Most people end up living in houses that have poor soil (fill dirt) and dont realize how much you need to water to have success. Automatic irrigation with sprinklers and timers is critical otherwise things will die while you go on vacation. Your gardening season is probably offset from the rest of the country with a dead zone in the July/august when you get heat kill.

My wife for example likes to water for 5-10 seconds and that basically does nothing, you have to water significantly more as you need to put down 1/2" a day or more during the peak. It would take forever to do that with just a garden house and the pots you have can probably barely hold the water required to last a day. Reference https://earlywarning.usgs.gov/ssebop/modis for you area.

Also if you aren't buying compost by the truck load you probably aren't buying enough. For the first run you need like 6+ yards to fill up a couple beds, and the next year that will decompose to half and you will need to fill up again. Spend a bit more buy the good stuff (ask online whats good locally), the city waste compost is not great stuff has plastic and shit you will never get out plus it holds water poorly due to all the filler they add.
