In 1998, he was wrong about 2008. But he doubled-down and said it'll be underwater in 2028. I criticized him for 1998 and you just linked me to him repeating it for 2028!

Saying, "I don't like this therefore it's not in his power" is logically identical to seeing Congress pass a law that you don't like and saying, "this isn't in Congress' power"

It's my understanding that classified data is on a completely separate network called SIPRNET[1] and that basic accounting data (e.g. USAID grant data) (a) isn't classified and (b) access to USAID data doesn't imply access to SIPRNET
