This should be easy to fix with a lorem ipsum generator for feedback that generates rambling paragraphs that are not obviously completely lacking in syntax. Eventually the reader will give up. Something about communication skills would do fine, as long as it's sufficiently indecipherable. Just keep opening clauses and rarely closing them.

"While you are well-known as an excellent worker, sometimes those who are not engaged on the same workflows will, notwithstanding their own excellent and well-known communication skills, find it still time-consuming, if not time-inefficient, to reconfigure your updates into modes that are more familiar within their own teams' communications styles, thus necessitating an extra step of interpretation, that many, if not most, would be unwilling, or unable, to provide, at least within the timeframe that would accommodate both their own project and yours, as well as the percentages of their own workdays, and yours, that they can usefully devote, on a regular basis, to a teasing out, or a finessing, for a fuller understanding, such as you and they can both agree, as to what the final product, or product at any given stage of a deliverable, might contribute, both to the end-goals of their team and yours, balanced against the novel, or at least additional, requirements that would be entailed, or at least implied, if they were to adopt, or afford options for integrating with, the...

Isn't your first line projecting onto him something that he's not evidencing? Then the second line... is he picking and choosing? He names Christianity, it's not an ambiguous term.

Needs to do a Daniel Day Lewis and go make shoes for a bit instead? (or whatever DDL is doing)

Maybe that:

- being late (acting in "autumn") ...looks/feels similar to

- being on time (seizing the moment at the right point, in "summer")

...but has a nasty bite?

From 'Immortality' by Milan Kundera:

"In our world...it is difficult for the individual to reinforce the individuality of the self...There are two methods for cultivating the uniqueness of the self: ...addition ...and subtraction. .... Let me put it another way: a mere love for showers can become an attribute of the self only on condition that we let the world know we are ready to fight for it." (Part 3 > Addition and subtraction - Pages 111, 113; Faber & Faber edition, 1991)

If you find Kundera's words make sense, then while PG may be logically correct, the impulse to add to identity is rooted in our own pride. It will not be easily beat: 'the sin of pride' (nowadays called egotism) is a strong, persistent force, that we have always struggled to hold in check, but has followed Man as closely as a shadow - which it may be said to be. It could even be seen as a shadow in the sense used in a 'Wizard of Earthsea', where the shadow is a threat, with its own intent.

"You've got to meet the reader where they are....Years later, the same pages burst with insight when I read them. " - Thanks for this, I find it is a great way of phrasing it, and gets to the heart of much about both education and communication.

I believe the account has them sailing the other way: down the Red Sea. They pass Bojador eventually, but in the opposite direction, which would be quite different, I would think (for encountering winds, etc).

Maybe you're being too hard on yourself? I mean your expectations may be too high? It has good reviews there, and seems pretty creditable. I liked the first chapter, which I've just read. I think I'd be happy with it. Lots of famous authors have written many more books than the books they are known for. And those are the famous ones! The attrition rate is high. In your situation, I would seek to find out what 'normal' is and then I'd measure myself against that.

"Bás in Éirinn", subtitled "May you die in Ireland" is a good book of excellent stories (with the Irish and English text facing each other on each pair of pages).

Humorous, mostly. In one of them "God rest Mící", the keening of the wife and the old woman (who is the professional keener), are contrasted, "As the old woman said, her keening had too much music in it" (as the widow is seen around town with a new man that year).

As their boss, could you ask them to document their problem, in something like Slab, to the point where it is clear what they are requesting (like a good, or great, request on Stack Overflow, rather than "I'm stuck"). Then they tag you, you do the minimum to pass it back to them (in the hope they can take it from there). You then have documentation for the next guy.

Optionally, you could put an interim step where someone else on the team is given the chance to advance it; might keep it from your doorstep. But I don't know if that'd help in your situation!

I've assumed that the problem is with them, not you, as that's how you wrote it. But if you have (possibly) set a tone where their solutions work but not as well as yours and are switched because it's not done as well as you'd do it, then it's on you (possibly?)! :-)

People who have an older computer and want to access newer systems. I helped someone who had an older Mac and wanted to access a university system (Canvas LMS) that required modern technologies. Nothing but Pale Moon worked; the alternative was to ditch the computer, but it was pristine.

Not bad, they just need to get it to tweet. Then it'll be looked back on as a prophet.
