Not true. There is brilliant gluten free pasta out there which tastes very good and most importantly holds sauces well - which is one of the most important properties of pasta. I assume you just have never attempted to substitute properly before making bold claims. Or your cooking is lacking so I lean towards ignorance + skill issue.

Why I may ‘hire’ AI instead of a graduate student 4 months ago
Reading this article makes me happy for the graduates that are spared from working for an absolute imbecile.
Elevenlabs started rolling out a generator for very basic sound effects. Using it made me wonder what the application for things like this would be. If it was realtime it could be used for games but then there is the lack of predictable quality control.
For (cinematic) sounddesign the quality is not nearly good enough yet. For simple home-style videos dozens of (more fun) options exist - foley, free sound libraries, freesound.org, going out with a phone and record stuff.
Why would I use this instead of Caesium?
